About Giles Aviation

Formed in 2006 by Bill Giles, Giles Aviation has grown extensively over the years with thanks to a diverse wealth of knowledge earned both in studies as well as in the field.

With a passion for aircraft and design from a young age, Bill Giles took formal training in Product Design and Industrial Model Making. Working in the United States gave Bill the opportunity to learn to fly in California in the late eighties and later lead to a Commercial Pilots Licence and UK CAA Display pilots Licence.

Following ten years in the field of military target drones, in design, build and operation, Bill returned to the UK to complete his Commercial Pilot training. The move into the commercial side of aviation in 1999 has provided the perfect opportunity to develop specific skills that Giles Aviation is now able to offer.

With extensive work in the fields of SURVEY, AERIAL WORK,

DESIGN, GRAPHICS, TELEVISION AND FILM and running of an AEROBATIC DISPLAY TEAM we feel confident that we can assist with your aviation needs.
